Senior JavaScript Developer / Front End Technical Lead. Are you a senior JavaScript Developer looking to take ownership and progress to a leadership role whilst remaining hands-on? You could be working with extremely talented software and Data Science professionals on Greenfield projects in cool, start-up offices with a spacious environment and flexible working (core hours 1000-1600).

As a Senior JavaScript Developer Lead you'll design, develop and build front end architectures, working collaboratively with the team to choose technologies, build common libraries and establish team practices. You'll partner with UX designers and product managers and be influential in driving new product features for the core product that enables clients to safely analyse and mine sensitive data sets without compromising the individual's right to privacy.

The work is interesting and complex, you'll be challenged daily and helping solve one of society's most urgent issues around personal data privacy and protection.

Requirements:

Strong JavaScript including React

Understanding of browser and network performance

Familiar with automated testing libraries

Collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring as well as learning

Degree educated, Computer Science preferred

Desirable: experience with data analytics products, software security, SQL or big data stores, AWS

As a Senior JavaScript Developer you will earn a highly competitive salary (to £90k) plus benefits including 30 days holiday and 5% pension.
