The Senior Account Manager Role:

The Senior Account Manager will be focussed primarily on our client portfolio ensuring they receive the very best of service at all times either directly or via the wider account management team. A strong, commercially focussed leader to prompt and drive account growth and increase revenue through the business.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will:

+ Encourage and develop the company's business and reputation with our key client through the provision of good customer service and client support.
+ Grow the business by conducting regular client health reviews defining detailed client development plans across all client types.
+ Manage the Account Management team ensuring the highest level of client service is delivered at all times.
+ Be responsible for the recruitment of new Account Management team members as well as regular 1-2-1's and performance reviews
+ Supporting client projects throughout their lifecycle, including project scoping and monitoring project progress.
+ Translate client requests and requirements into detailed instructions for project teams.
+ Partner with the client and internal project delivery team to resolve identified project issues.
+ Attend external client meetings as required.
+ Understand client's business requirements for the purpose of problem solving and up-selling.
+ Business as usual client support and issue handling.
+ Facilitate monthly reporting as defined by the business.
+ Perform contract negotiations with clients in order to extend / renew existing client contracts

Key Attributes:

+ Educated to degree level or equivalent.
+ A minimum of three years' management experience.
+ A minimum of three years' experience in a similar key client facing role, ideally in a fast-moving technology or creative environment.
+ A natural aptitude and affinity towards understanding technology/software development solutions will be vital.
+ Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
+ Strong team player motivated by individual and organisational success.
+ Strong client management skills.
+ Excellent organisational and time management skills.
+ Capable of hands on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
+ A positive, determined approach to researching and analysing new methods and processes.
+ Effective team member supports the team by pitching in at any level and effectively working across the organisation to meet the needs of the business.
+ Take ownership of personal actions and outcomes.
+ Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
+ Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, telephone and presentation.
+ A positive attitude to dealing with people and problems.
+ An enthusiastic, experienced user of technology products, such as smart phones, phablets and tablets, up to date knowledge of current social technology.
