Technical Business AnalystWe are actively looking to secure a Technical Business Analyst to join Experis.Experis Consultancy is a Global entity with a well-established team with over 1000 consultants on assignment across 20 clients globally. We form part of the Manpower group of companies that turn over $20 billion a year collectively.Description:The role of the Technical Business Analyst is to collect and coordinate collection of data and analysis of that data for a unified communications migration from Cisco telephony and video conferencing to Microsoft Teams. Our client has a vendor to do the actual technical migration but need a Technical Business Analyst to help with data collection as a bridge between the vendor and the client stakeholders and users in our various offices throughout the UK.Responsibilities:Complete and update project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationshipsWorkshop facilitation - Managing and leading the requirements workshops.Undertake Systems / Data AnalysisElicit and clearly document business and systems requirements including business process and system inefficiencies where identified.Create all documentation at the correct level of detail & standard to endure future phases of each project is correctly directed to deliver fit for purpose solutions i.e. analysis documents are used by technical teams from which to commence solution design work, test teams use both tech design & BA requirements docs to test from etc. Skills:Experience of working on large projects with multinational companiesSkill with and knowledge of requirements capture methods and techniques, business systems and analysis, front end process, software development life cycles and associated processesStrong experience in Requirements & Analysis on large scale and/or multi project environments, Data Capture, Data Analysis SkillHave a proven track record of working with technology teams and business users.Experience of Data Flow Diagrams and business requirementsHave a proven track record of project delivery.Ability to perform the tasks asked and prioritisation of tasks when needed.Understanding of business operation understanding related to operational working practices.Strong communicator (verbal and written)Ability to communicate effectively with people who have differing levels of IT knowledge/skill
