Are you a 1st and 2nd line IT support engineer looking to join a small but growing internal IT Team that offers progression into 3rd line support as well as exposure to the latest IT technology?This well-established business pride themselves on their close knit and family like culture where your experience and input will be hugely valued and in return awarded by career satisfaction and technical progression.Established over 50 years ago, our client is a close knit privately owned business that specialises in manufacturing bespoke solutions for the Oil and Gas Industries. Merging into new technologies including cloud, this is a business that are focused on quality rather that quantity, they are renowned for their professional approach to in-house technical services.This role will be to provide assistance on 1st and 2nd line support and to pick up 3rd line escalations. Technology will include but not limited to; Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Intune and VoIP systems. Proven experience in 1st and 2nd line support is essential as well a willingness to learn new technologies.This is a great role for an experienced 1st and 2nd line support engineer looking for technical career progression into 3rd line whilst in a friendly, rewarding and long term career environment.

The role:

*1st, 2nd and 3rd line Support

*Assisting more junior members of the team

*Exposure to Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Intune & VoIP Systems

*Progression into 3rd line support

The person:

*1st and 2nd line support experience

*Office 365 Experience

*Microsoft Intune

*VoIP

*Knowledge of Azure would be beneficial

*Some Network experience
