Agile Business Analyst

My Edinburgh client are looking for an Agile Business Analyst to join their team on a 6 month contract with opportunity to be extended. This role has been deemed outside of IR35. The role will involve the use of structured analysis techniques to analyse, articulate and solve complicated problems and then provide recommendations. You will be working alongside various stakeholders to eradicate issues which may block the adoption of new ways to work, as well as reducing the impact change has on the users. You will also be a leader to the team and provide assignments, mentoring and coaching. Previous experience is necessary with this role, the skills and experience required are: Use of structured analysis techniques, for example value stream mapping, capability modelling or bpmn process Proven written, oral and presentation skills Ability to work in a team Public or commercial sector experience working as a business analyst Capability to be creative and persuasive when giving presentations Have a mindset that is evidence and value drivenThis is a unique opportunity to work with a forward thinking organisation and further develop your skills.
