Construction PlannerPermanent RoleLondon BasedWe have a fantastic opportunity available for a Construction Planner to join reputable Tier 1 Main Contractor that has been established for over 100 years. Earlier this year, our client was nominated as Contractor of the year.They are responsible for the implementation of thousands of construction projects every year. They are market leaders in BIM and bring passion, creativity and innovation to each project. In recent years they have had a turnover of around £1BN.As the Construction Planner you will need to create, maintain, review and administer construction plans. Liaise with Managers as well as external contractors and suppliers to organise phases of the construction development. As the Construction Manager you will also keep the client team up to date on progress to present to the client, present information for internal meetings on the project and produce tender plans to support bids.A Typical working week for a Construction Planner would be around 40hrs a week, however you would be required to work longer if there is a deadline fast approaching.Requirements as a Construction Planner:Educated to a degree levelSolid main contractor backgroundASTA experience (Essential)Project experience: Commercial, education, health, leisure.NEC + JCT D&B experience would be advantageousLongevity with previous employersMust be well-presented and a clear communicatorWhat's on offer as a Construction Planner?£50,000 - £65,000 per yearGenerous package & benefitsLong term career developmentThis is a unique opportunity for an industry professional to get their foot in the door as a Construction Planner at a company who can support their professional career development.
