The Principal RF Engineer will become a driving force in an established RF Engineering team in Cambridge, UK, influencing design direction in relation to 5G telecommunications products and motivating other members of the RF team.The position is ideal for a Principal RF Engineer; however, a Senior RF Engineer and RF Team Leader will also be considered.The technology will be related to 5G communications, integrating 3rd party transceivers and off-the-shelf components into an RF System.On a day to day basis, the Principal RF Engineer will contribute to: Design Reviews Product Evaluation RF Component Selection RF System Modelling Transceiver IntegrationRF Measurements Knowledge of Antenna Design. Knowledge of 5G Systems Knowledge of Telecommunication StandardsRequired Skills: BSc / MSc / PhD qualified Proven experience in Wireless Systems design, Link Budgets and Subsystem integration.Desired Skills: Knowledge of Antenna Design.
