Senior RF/Analog IC Designer - BelgiumA global leader in the development of wireless technologies for the mobile market is looking for highly skilled and passionate RF/Analog IC Designers for their R&D team in Belgium to develop next generation RF transceivers for 4G (LTE) and 5G systems. In this position you will contribute to the development of the next generation mobile phone applications using of the state-of-the-art technologies, selecting the right architecture, design integrated RF/Analog Mixed Signal circuitry, simulate, layout and test those IC's in advanced CMOS or SOI technologies. You will also be involved in experimental verification and debugging and integration of complex RF/Mixed Signal functions into the system. The successful RF/Analog IC Designer is industry degree qualified and has at least 3 years (if PhD) or 5-7 years (Masters) of experience in the Semiconductor industry from a within a position as RF/Analog IC Designer including experience in the following:Expertise in CMOS integrated Tx architectures, advanced Rx architectures, Low noise oscillator and PLL orSeveral years of professional experience in Analog Mixed Signal IC Design (CMOS).Product experience and expertise in any of these domains is a plus: SAB/BAW filter, LNA's, VCO's, Nyquist DAC, image sensors …Experience with Cadence Spectre, Virtuoso or other equivalent Agilent and/or Mentor tools is required.2D/3D modeling tools to match measurements with simulations is essential.Proven track record with silicon measured results.
