Role & ResponsibilitiesLeading and delivering machine learning solutions and delegating tasks to team member to supportLiaising with Senior Stakeholders making appropriate business recommendations in order to grow out the business data science functionManaging a team of 10 Data Scientists and facilitating the process of deploying machine learning models into production.

Skills & QualificationsMSc or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning or other quantitative scientific disciplinePrevious relevant industry experience in a Data Science role, through exploratory analysis and algorithmic development, to production and ongoing improvement.Demonstrate where previous work has led to tangible financial benefitsExcellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Forests of Decision Trees, Online Learning etcExcellent applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etcExtensive experience with common data science toolkits such as Python, Pyspark, R, Tensorflow, Keras
