Salesforce Solution Lead - End User - Up to 70K Plus BonusMason Frank International are currently working with a Financial Services End User Client. They are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Consultant / Solution Architect to join their team based in London. As the Salesforce Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the creation of a Customer Management Systems roadmap.**This is an opportunity to work in house, where travel will not be needed** Responsibilities: - Both Lead and Support Business Requirements Workshops and Define Solution Roadmap- Convert business requirements, processes and data flows into functional requirements and design- Define solutions in a component-based manner aiding standardisation and reutilisation of functionality- Design custom applications on and off the Salesforce platform- Design complex Salesforce and/or data models- Own the complete design of the solution both on/off the Salesforce platform- Lead a team of Salesforce resources in the build of the solution Work with Technical Architect and Dev team to convey and support the build of the applicationExperience- Worked as a Salesforce Solution Lead on 2 or more large scale Salesforce implementations using multiple Cloud apps- 3+ years Salesforce BA/Consultant/SA experience preferably in a consultative environment.- Awareness of Sprint / Scrum & Kanban methodologies- Experienced delivering solutions in a Master Data Management or SOA environment advantageous- Financial Service sector experience beneficial, but not essentialThis client is based in the heart of Central London in Cannon Street. A commute into London will not be difficult as you will be around all the main central London stations which are London bridge, Liverpool street and Bank station.
