As part of the Quality Engineering team at CBS you'll be expected to drive the adoption of automation and play a key role in further developing our automation strategy, by contributing to the Centre of Excellence as well as coaching and mentoring colleagues throughout the team. You will strive for optimisation whilst seeking to implement continuous improvements. You'll have an expert knowledge in industry standard tools, languages and methodologies as we look to continually improve the way we work, as well as maintaining our current solution. Automation will play a key part in how we deliver quality software as part of regulatory and Continuous improvement programmes, you will take the lead on all forms of automating the QA process and use excellent stakeholder management skills to influence across teams and disciplines', ensuring that automation is adopted as early as possible throughout the SDLC. About You Key SkillsProven experience of creating Automation Frameworks from scratch
Experience of defining automation strategy across disciplines (Dev to UAT and functional, mobile and non-functional testing)
Strong experience of implementing solutions against a strategy, supported by exceptional persuading and influencing skills
Proven experience in coaching and mentoring Colleagues
Technically competent in Java (OOP), PowerShell (Scripting), Selenium , JMeter and ReadyAPI, GIT (GITHub)
Desirable Skills
Proven experience in a number of methodologies (TDD, BDD, ATDD, Model Based Testing)
Experience of defining governance, measuring and reporting (KPIs, Engineering Standards)
Strong Communication skills with External parties/suppliers
Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS), Networking, Selenium Grid, Containerisation Technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience of a variety of tools (i.e. Cucumber/SpecFlow, Appium, AWS Device Farm, Graphwalker, LoadUI, LoadRunner)
Other essential information
Knowledge and awareness of a variety of automation frameworks
Experience with Agile
