They are now looking for a Service Manager to join their Bristol team.In this role you will be responsible for running the day to day operations of the Maintenance and Installations division based out of Bristol. You will work with a number of customers and will be responsible for ensuring all KPIs and deliverables are met and all customers are kept satisfied. The role will involve liaising with customers to understand their expectations then implementing processes and procedures to ensure these are achieved. Given the nature of the industry the company are able to provide training on the specifics of their industry for the successful candidate however a background in infrastructure, construction, utilities, highways, telecoms or facilities would be advantageous.This is the perfect role for a Service Manager to join a market leading business in an autonomous role where you will implement processes and really make a difference.The role:

*Running the Maintenance and Installation division in Bristol

*Overseeing contracts covering West of England

*Ensure all KPIs and deliverables are metThe person:

*Service, Maintenance or Installation Management

*Background of infrastructure, construction, utilities, highways, telecoms or facilities would be advantageous
