Service Architect - SC Cleared

Spring Technology is currently looking for an actively SC cleared Cloud Service Architect. This is a 3 Month initial contract based in London.

Responsible for defining the Service Use Cases and Service Key Performance and Service Performance Indicators for the NDEC service portfolio (existing, Interim Operating Capability and Future State).

Responsible for driving the EASE and EDA review process, working alongside the NDEC Enterprise Architecture team, for all Service Aspects.

Working with the Client to agree Business Impact Assessments and the enabling RTO and RPO targets for the service.

Responsible for designing the Service Model, including;

*Environment definitions (permissiveness, actor roles and support/performance criteria).

*Access Control Matrix.

*Service Management Matrix (ITIL-aligned).

Key Skills:

*Cloud (AWS and Azure) experience.

*ITIL (or similar) experience.

*SC cleared

TOGAF / MoDAF awareness/experience preferred.
