IT Support Analyst
A brand new and exciting role has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to work onsite at a school located in either Acton or Wembley. You will have previous education experience, strong skills and knowledge around all thing's IT support, and be confident identifying and resolving issues relating to; School Based Software/Applications and Active Directory. My client is a well-known national charity working within the education sector operating across the UK. This is a brilliant opportunity for an IT Support Analyst who has previous experience of working for a school, college or university to take the next step in their career and learn a lot of new skills and technologies.
As the IT Support Analyst, you will help provide support for all systems providing expert knowledge where possible and acting as the main point of contact for any onsite issues. You will be working in a customer facing environment, so strong communication skills are vital. Reporting in to the IT Team Leader your role will include prioritising incoming issues and incidents, carrying out technical investigations, and sharing your expertise with the IT Apprentices.
