We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the team delivering London Power, the Mayor's new, fair-priced, green energy company. You will join at an exciting time, with the energy company due to launch this winter. This role will involve collaborating with colleagues working on energy and climate change to ensure the data and information collected by London Power can be used to inform policy and programme development across a range of energy issues, including energy efficiency, fuel poverty and smart energy systems.
The role requires a flexible, adaptable and collaborative approach. We are looking for someone with excellent research and problem-solving skills, who will actively identify opportunities to gain value from the data generated by London Power. You should have experience processing and analysing large, complex datasets to generate useful insights. In addition, you will need to demonstrate the ability to communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders, including our supply partner and London boroughs.
The London Power team is based within the GLA Environment Team, which is responsible for the delivery the London Environment Strategy. This is a great opportunity to work with colleagues who are committed to making a difference to the lives of Londoners and future generations.
We are committed to being an inclusive employer and we are happy to consider flexible working arrangements. We would welcome applications from candidates who are seeking part time work as this role is open to job share.
In addition to a good salary package, we offer an attractive range of benefits including 30 days' annual leave, interest free season ticket loan, interest free bicycle loan and a career average pension scheme.
