Reed Technology have the pleasure of working with a global multinational firm within support services, headquarted in the UK (Birmingham) with over a billion pound turnover. This Application Analyst role would suit anyone who is a 3rd Line Service Desk Analyst with strong SQL knowledge and ability. You will be joining the beginnings of a new team which engage with all other IT teams across the business. Acting as a first point of contact for all problem relating to this division, errors and implementing these changes. Long term there are potential plans to merge all IT teams to enable a greater wealth of knowledge sharing across applications. These are exciting opportunities for experienced and knowledgeable 3rd Line Analysts with SQL knowledge looking to broaden their IT experience/skillset within a large and complex organisation.
