As an Application Support Analyst you will help support a range of key enterprise scale internal and external applications. You'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of systems and services, fully investigating all incidents and resolving them efficiently; pro-actively highlighting potential capacity, performance or operational issue and taking preventative actions; assisting with trend analysis, highlighting repeat incidents and ensure that effective support processes are maintained across all systems., providing technical support to users and working with external providers on resolving deep issues.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of SQL Server 2008 onwards

Ability to carry out SQL debugging, advanced SQL queries and stored procedures

Good T-SQL knowledge

Experience of working in a controlled, regulated environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear technical documentation and build strong working relationships, providing customer service to users

Strong organisation, logic and planning skills
