Service Delivery Analyst

Location: London

Duration: 6 months initial

Day rate: £250 - £285

Service Delivery Analyst: We are actively seeking a Service Delivery Analyst to join a High-Profile, Public Sector client for an initial 6 months. The Reporting Analyst will be playing an integral part to help design, collate and produce service management reports.As the Service Delivery Analyst you will be immersing yourself into a fast-paced environment where you will be working closely with the Service Delivery team to provide support for the ITIL Service Management processes. The Service Delivery Analyst primary focus will be on Incident, Problem, Asset and Configuration Management reports as well as contributing to a variety of BAU activities.Key Skills for the Service Delivery AnalystA background in Service Management reporting (ITSM).ITIL certified is desirable.Organized and self-disciplined to be proactive.Experience engaging with Stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication is vital.Service Delivery Analyst
