Business Change and Adoption Manager - outside ir35 / East Midlands contract role

This role will suit a strong business change and adoption manager who has experience of corporate level change and transformation across the Change lifecycle both Strategic and tactical with a sleeves rolled up approach to maximising adoption to new technology and processes and embedding into the business.

You will be engaging with all levels of stakeholders, board level to shop floor, assessing impact of change and readiness of the business, building appetite for change and benefits to be realised. Facilitating a link with the business as a key member of the Change / IT Delivery team.

Change management qualifications will be a nice to have, such as Prosci ADKAR, CCMP, CMS.
