Our client is looking for a looking for a Senior IT Service Delivery Manager. They believe in building great customer relationships and supporting our customers with changes to applications allowing them to respond to the dynamic residential valuation market. They are looking for an individual who can demonstrate a combination of supporting business change and project management with a wide experience of software development methodologies. The role will be part of the wider department management team and hence be able to carry out Line Management responsibilities.The role will involve:Coaching and performance management of staff in a matrix environment.Developing long lasting relationships with a variety of customersSupporting change to that customer baseRegular progress reporting to customersTaking ownership and working with various Landmark functions to provide a single point of contact for delivery related functions.Dealing with customer escalationsYou will be able to demonstrate accountability and ownership in all you do. You will have a background in a variety of aspects of the software development lifecycle but more recently been involved in management of both internal teams and deliveries to external clients.You will be hardworking and passionate to improve the way we work, understanding different skills and techniques to motivate and improve the performance of a team. You will be excellent in front of customers demonstrating a professional approach to software delivery and customer management.You will enjoy a role where the variety stimulates rather than challenges you.
