My client is looking for an experienced data analyst to support the implementation of a new financial reporting standard (IFRS17).Key responsibilitiesSupport the organisation of weekly Data Working Group meetings including preparation of packs/reports/dashboards.Accurately collate output/actions from Data Working Group meetingsOwn actions through to completion and confirmation of data points/ data sourcesThis will be achieved by working collaboratively with colleagues in other work streams/data working group members to analyse and resolve data issuesProvide insight regarding accounting/actuarial data and data sourcesWeekly update of Data DictionaryAssist in raising any new requirements as a result of gaps identifiedAny other tasks as required by the work streamTechnical skillsKnowledge of IFRS17Knowledge of insurance accounting/ actuarial data and data sourcesExperience of data impact/gap analysisExperience analysing and interpreting complex data/technical papersMicrosoft Excel/PowerPoint
