The Business Analyst role will be working on a number of projects relating to new products and services being offered by the organisation.You will need to understand the technical, feature, user and business requirement detail for these future developments to enable the business to deliver highly valuable and quality digital products with 4 key focuses:

* Researching and analysing potential software development solutions to improve efficiency

* Evaluating risks and predicting potential problems

* Robust documentation through user stories, tasks and tickets

* Collaboration with developers and stakeholdersThis role is a wide ranging one but the main responsibilities will include:

* Working with a team of Product Owners, other Business Analysts and Developers to produce a clear and well documented output of project or programme requirements

* Develop close stakeholder relationships to understand the business need and being able to analyse the feedback and information given and provide solutions.

* Being able to adapt to different projectsTo be considered for this role applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record working as a BA/Senior BA within a mature, Agile environment, ideally within a digital sector. In addition to this candidates must be able to show the following skills, experience and attributes:

* Experience as a Business Analyst / Agile BA within an Agile / Scrum environment

* Skilled at creating user stories and acceptance criteria using iterative planning techniques

* Ability to facilitate communications between multiple diverse stakeholders

* Flexible and pragmatic, yet able to push back when necessary
