This a rapidly growing team of data specialists with a focus on using data and insights effectively to drive an outstanding personalised client experience. Collaborating across marketing, data science & insight teams, you will help to inform and influence the group communication strategy. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Managing and developing a team of 4-5 marketing insight analysts responsible for executing our targeted marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels Coordinating and refining our marketing schedule through collaborating with our campaign managers. Drive the intelligent use of data in creating a consistent and personalised client experience across multiple channels. Champion the technology requirements for marketing and developing our marketing automation capability. Develop our collective understanding of our clients and how we can intelligently communicate to them through collaborating across marketing, proposition & data Managing post campaign analytics and reporting back to key business stakeholders and leading the ongoing campaign optimisation Develop potential audiences, segments & predictive models in collaboration with our data scientists. Establish the data driven rules of engagement for marketing, how often should we contact our clients and why.
