Provide 1st/2nd line support to staff both in-person and remotely across offices worldwide. Configure, test, deploy and troubleshoot a varied range of software applications from standard business applications to more specialist software. Description Provide 1st/2nd line technical support; in-person, phone, emails and tickets. Assist with new PC / Laptop set-up, configuration & deployment Configure, test, deploy and troubleshoot a varied range of software applications from standard business applications to more specialist software. Support users remotely and in the office. Manage the joiners/leaver process. Support our video conference system (Polycom & Cisco) Log all calls in the call logging system. Escalate more complex calls to the relevant infrastructure department ProfileIndividual must have great customer service skills and be an excellent communicator with customer handling and interpersonal skills. Team Player Able to liaise with staff at all levels. Must be a problem solver and think outside the box. 'Hands on' approach and a willingness to learn. Flexible, pro-active. To take ownership of user problems and be pro-active when dealing with user issues. Office 365 Active Directory knowledge Good experience with Microsoft technologies across the board i.e. Windows 10 and the Office suite Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies Manage physical network devices and printers. Good knowledge of RSA Authentication Manager (Software Tokens) & Cisco AnyConnect (VPN), Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) Server Exposure, AD, file/print servers, Exchange. Mobile Computing - iPhone, iPad, Android mobile setup and configuration, MDM experience. Virtualization (VMware) Symantec Endpoint Protection AV Ability to Build and configure new PCs/laptops Job Offer£40-45k base per annum plus an excellent benefits package
