The role will deliver data systems change and quality assured solutions to support business reporting across the business.

Key Responsibilities: Designing, building and delivering complex Data Warehouse solutions to meet business requirements Use Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence skills to implement solutions through the MS SQL technology stack and work on Cloud-based solutions and migrations. Proactively supporting stakeholders across all functions by providing creative and innovative solutions Delivering complex yet controlled and governed change Maintaining an understanding of developments in the business, supporting the integration of new IT solutions in line with changing business needs Problem solving and the ability to quickly resolve and communicate issues, to ensure that the integrity of the business data is maintained Communicating complex concepts and methodologies to stakeholders with varied levels of seniority and experience Ideally you will have exposure to some of the following knowledge & skills: Designing, building and implementing SQL Server Data Warehouse solutions Data Modelling experience - Third Normal Form / dimensional data modelling / Kimball methodology Reporting skills with the ability to interrogate data / solutions built using the Microsoft SQL technology stack Background in using version control tools, such as TFS or equivalent Data Visualisation knowledge with Enterprise visualisation tools, such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent Knowledge or experience of working in an Agile or DevOps environment Experience of Cloud technology and development approaches e.g. Azure, AWS, Snowflake etc. is highly desirable but not essential Exposure or experience of design, development, and implementation of Azure based data migrations from an on-premise setting Knowledge of Azure SQL, DataFactory, BLOB storage etc. ProfileIdeally you will have exposure to some of the following knowledge & skills: Designing, building and implementing SQL Server Data Warehouse solutions Data Modelling experience - Third Normal Form / dimensional data modelling / Kimball methodology Reporting skills with the ability to interrogate data / solutions built using the Microsoft SQL technology stack Background in using version control tools, such as TFS or equivalent Data Visualisation knowledge with Enterprise visualisation tools, such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent Knowledge or experience of working in an Agile or DevOps environment Experience of Cloud technology and development approaches e.g. Azure, AWS, Snowflake etc. is highly desirable but not essential Exposure or experience of design, development, and implementation of Azure based data migrations from an on-premise setting Knowledge of Azure SQL, DataFactory, BLOB storage etc. Job OfferOpportunity to join a rapidly expanding BI Development TeamOpportunity to engage on a range of BI Projects across all business areas
