My client is a government-backed programme established in 2011 to help build a more cohesive, mobile and engaged society. They are a independent, not-for-profit organisation that works alongside 100+ youth organisations and councils to assist young people with the opportunity to build relationships with people from different social backgrounds.

They are seeking a Business Analyst to work primarily with there contract management team on detailing business processes, drawing process maps, and gathering system requirements.

The work is critical to support our new approach to programme delivery and will significantly impact the way we track and continuously improve our network of providers.

Key Responsibilities:

*Clarify and map the `AS-IS` and `TO-BE` processes at all levels, offering suggestions for improvement and re engineering of processes where needed.

*Organise and moderate when needed, requirements gathering sessions including stakeholder interviews and workshops.

*Create appropriate documentation, and summaries of findings, to support and inform the development of any solution design.

*Apply knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve the services provided to the NCS Trust.

*Assess and identify the best suitable business analysis methodology to use during the first phases of any project. The work will involve filtering through complex information from across business functions to determine what changes will deliver the highest impact, or pose the biggest risk to our organisational goals.

*The Business analyst will be working with different groups of stakeholders and be expected to communicate clear messages at all levels, including technical and non-technical team members.

*Identify system deficiencies, opportunities for improvements and support the implementation of effective remedies and/or solutions.

*Communicates effectively with Delivery and Development team management to inform them about Business Analysis progress and milestones.

*Manage and participate in knowledge transfer to operational IT teams.

*Conduct user research in line with project Key performance indicators.

*Design and execute post-live interventions where adoption or change is not on track to meet business goals

Experience and qualifications:

Essential

*At least 3 years' experience doing business analysis in a fast pace environment.

*Good written and verbal communication skills (in English).

*Good experience of working with development teams that follow an Agile methodology.

*Experience working as a business analyst within a technology implementation team in an organisation going through significant transformation.

Desirable

*Track record of successful Software-as-a-Service project delivery in a consultancy environment.

*Six Sigma qualification would be an advantage.

*Agile qualification

*Experience of using Salesforce and the Google suite of software.
