Having been predominantly an R&D company, they are now ready to launch a brand new product to market. They are going through a stage of expansion, having recently won a few major contracts and due to this they are creating an additional position within the Senior Management Team. This is a fantastic time to join a growing business in a role where you will be pivotal to the success and growth of the company.In this role you will be reporting directly to the CEO to ensure all projects are delivered successfully. You will play an integral part in determining the direction of the company and assessing the commercial viability of projects. The role will oversee both the design and installation teams to ensure that all projects are successfully delivered from conceptual design stage all the way throuhg to implementation. Overseeing a diverse design team of mechanical, electrical and electronics designers as well as material scientists you will liaise with clients to ensure specification requirements are met. Part of the role will include international travel to visit customers sites, particularly in the USA where you will asseses requirements and assist the Installations team on any technical enquiries as well as providing any ongoing support the customers need once the project is completedThis is the perfect role for someone looking to take the next step in their career into an exciting and varied role where you will play an instrumental part in the future of the business and be able to progress your career in a growing company.The role:
