Senior Oracle Database Developer
Due to continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Oracle Database Developer to join our growing team in Portsmouth.

We are currently in search of Database Developers to create and maintain software to help develop critical products for our clients. Your main responsibilities will involve:
Developing maintainable solutions to meet requirements.
Integrating solutions with COTS (Commercial off the Shelf) products.
Take ownership for developing, implementing and executing your delivery plan.
Be involved in or create technical proposals and documentation.
Provide mentoring to more junior developers in the team.
Your skills and qualifications:
Extensive experience of SQL & PL/SQL development
Experienced in Dimensional Modelling
Strong design and data architecture skills
Proven analysis and problem-solving skills
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience of Oracle Web Services
Understanding the basics use of BI tools
ERP Development Experience, especially SAP HANA
Exposure to Atlassian Jira and Confluence
Experience in Source Control such as BitBucket, Git or SVN.
Scrum Master/Team Lead Experience.

Self-motivated, with a strong drive for successful delivery of objectives.
Good verbal, written, communication and negotiation skills.
