IT EngineerMy Client is seeking a Senior IT Solutions Engineer to join their small but expanding team. You will spend the majority of your days working from our office, with occasion on-site project works for new and existing customers.You will also be tasked with project work including specifying solutions for both new and existing clients, along with implementing the recommended solutions for the customers both remotely and on-site where required.Experience3+ years' work experience within the MSP sector working within an IT support role.Capable of meeting various business KPI targets.Self-motivated to take ownership of both project and support cases.Understanding and troubleshooting of various complex IT faults (third line engineer).Capable of meeting strict deadlines and managing customer support cases.Technical SkillsetMicrosoft Server Environments (including: AD, DNS, DHCP, Direct Access, IIS, NAP, Radius, RDS).Microsoft Exchange (including PowerShell).SQL Server Experience.Office 365.Azure / AD.Office 365 (SharePoint Online & Teams desirable).Managed Wi-Fi (Draytek & Unifi desirable).Router/Firewalls (Draytek & Watchguard desirable).VoIP/SIP knowledge (desirable but not required).Salary/benefitsWorking hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.Occasional evening or weekend work, as paid overtime.28 days annual leave.Company laptop and mobile phone allowance.Company Pension Scheme.Paid IT Development/Training Allowances.
