A full service digital agency in Corby is seeking an enthusiastic, creative full stack developer to bolster their development team.

You will work on a range of bespoke websites with multiple integrations and modules and microsites for a range of public sector, eCommerce, fintech and retail clients and also have the opportunity to collaborate with digital specialists inhouse on larger scale projects.

My client are a digital agency that work with a number of national clients on bespoke digital campaigns, web based projects and PR/marketing.

They are based in picturesque surroundings near the market town of Corby in the East Midlands, easily commutable from Peterborough, Corby, Stamford and Leicester.

Securing a good team fit is vital for this role, so expect to interact on a daily basis with ambitious, creative and passionate individuals focused on delivering projects to the highest quality for their growing clients.

Description

As a fullstack developer, your role will entail:

  • Designing technical frontend user interfaces and server-side solutions
  • Developing using front end languages and templating languages
  • Hitting specifications accurately, to deadlines and ensuring minimal bugs
  • Resolving issues found in testing and amending accordingly
  • Working in an Agile way, ensuring a smooth workflow and good communication

Profile

To be successful in your role, you will ideally possess skills in some OR all of the following:

  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript (ES5 and ES6)
  • PHP 7
  • SQL
  • Vue 2 (Desirable)
  • Laravel 5.7 + (Desirable)

Soft skills:

  • Be passionate about what you do and aspire to learn new technologies
  • Work collaboratively and exhibit good team and communication skills
  • Look to progress in your career in development

A valid permit/passport will be required to work in the UK and you must be able to commit working full time.
