They strive to be the best for customers and the people working for them. Role Responsibilities Line Manage across Chapter of Devops Engineers and take responsibility for their personal development. Coaching engineers on delivery focus, mindset, and behaviours needed for success.Champion and contribute to our commitments of continuous improvement in service availability, coding practices, application quality, customer experience and agile processes for the Chapter.Collaboratively work across squads within Data and infrastructure tribes, you will be part of the process making step changes to the Data Tribe's data platforms, which supports real-time and offline reporting tools.You'll be working as part of the Data Operations squad to manage and build our products and services - such as our build, repositories, job scheduling and monitoring platforms. Creating tooling to allow development teams to run their own environments.Availability, stability and performance are key requirements of our systems, you'll be able to troubleshoot issues at application, cluster and operating system level.

Key Skills Required Linux administration skillsExperience of docker, AWSCI tools such as Jenkins.coding skills that can be applied to our Chef and Python/Ruby codebasesExperience and exposure to Hadoop and data platforms Suitable candidates should submit their CV in the first instance.
