Junior Full Stack Developer (Web JavaScript React HTML CSS Python). Would you like to work on technically challenging projects collaborating with a busy, motivated team of software professionals in a friendly environment with a good work / life balance? You could be joining a market leading software house whose remote access product is used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide.

 

As a Junior Full Stack Developer you will be a key member of an Agile development team tasked with re-engineering the core product and deploying it to the Cloud. This is a Greenfield development opportunity where you can have influence on technology choices, partnering with the Lead Software Engineer for the newly formed Cloud team. You'll work across the full development lifecycle using modern web technologies to create elegant designs, effective code and secure solutions and will also gain exposure to the Python backend.

 

You will be based in Cambridge City centre, a short walk from the station; there's a casual dress code, informal and sociable team atmosphere and good work / life balance with a 35 hour week.

Requirements:

JavaScript development skills with a working knowledge of at least one JavaScript framework e.g. React, Vue.js, Angular

Experienced with CSS, HTML

Portfolio of work

Aptitude and desire to learn and pick up new languages and technologies, including backend; ideally you will have some Python experience or a desire to learn

Collaborative with excellent written and verbal communication skills
