Your New Role:

Our Product Function is the management of our end-to-end product lifecycle across the whole product portfolio. We take innovative ideas, analyse and validate the opportunity through market/user research, and then, closely collaborate with other departments, to deliver market leading products and services to our customers.

The scope of the role involves strong collaboration with other areas of the business, such as Development, Sales & Marketing and Operations to make sure that we build profitable, scalable, repeatable products and that all accompanying product information is communicated clearly throughout the product lifecycle.

The Team You'll Join:

Although the opportunity has, no direct line management responsibility the post-holder is responsible for coordinating effort and managing relationships across numerous stakeholders within the business.

We see our Product Managers as the lynchpin between Development, Sales, Marketing and most importantly our customers.

What You'll Bring:

These are the skills and experience you'll need to set yourself up for success for this role; however, we'd still love to talk to you even if you don't tick all of them:

+ End to end product management: Product strategy, planning, design, development and in-life management for products of responsibility.
+ Use of market research and customer insights to inform product plans and business cases in order that products and services are developed and evolved in a way that meets and exceeds market and customer demand.
+ Strong internal and external stakeholder management
+ Excellent understanding of the wider market, emerging technologies and product lifecycles.
+ Working closely with Product Owners to ensure on time, on budget development.
+ Support the creation of product collateral including product descriptions and marketing plans in a timely fashion.
+ Experience of the Healthcare Sector would be advantageous
