Power BI Analyst - Bracknell - £35k A fantastic organisation within the retail sector are looking to recruit a Power BI Analyst in their growing data team. The Role This position is one which is varied and challenging. It will test your analytical, consultative, and creativity skills on a day-to-day basis. Your key focus will be to work with Power BI to produce reports and dashboards in line with the clients requirements. The reports you create will be instrumental in the business decision-making by your clients and therefore reflect directly on the reputation of your company. The data you will be working with is held in a SQL Data Warehouse and as such you should be comfortable working with data from SQL systems. You will also work with other teams to deliver reports in MS Excel where required. Your responsibilities will include: Effective management of client data, ensuring it is is retrieved on a timely basis, cleaned to ensure accuracy, and reported back to clients through the use of data analytical tools, such as Power BI. Managing the Analytics Platform by monitoring the back end service and administration, ensuring front end clients receive efficient updates on time. Train clients on how to use the Analytics Platform. Assist help-desk colleagues to deal with client queries. Develop the services offered through software and technical enhancements. Test new services.YouTo be a good fit for this role you should have strong analytical skills and effective written and verbal communication skills. You should also have the following technical experience: Strong Power BI and DAX Advanced MS Excel - VB and Macros Exposure to SQL Server
