Senior Project ManagerAustria Perm Salary: £550 - £650 per day + Accommodation AssistanceJob Ref: HH69175 This is a brand-new client-side opportunity for a CSA Senior Project Manager to join an existing team to work on a hyper scale data centre construction project in Austria. The End User seeks a CSA bias Senior Project Manager to join the client team as an Owner's Representative to oversee the general contractor during construction and provide strategic advice and support to the overall ongoing project.The Senior CSA Project Manager will have a minimum of 3+ years recent Data Centre construction experience and have a comprehensive knowledge of the requirements for the modern high specification construction of data centres, with a in depth understanding of CSA packages but also an appreciation of MEP systems. Excellent English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.For the successful CSA Senior Project Manager rotation will be available alongside accommodation assistance.Experience / Skills: Must have a proven track record in delivering a Data Centre / Data Center construction projects in the last 3 years.Must be CSA bias with an appreciation of MEP systems.Must have a proven track record delivering large scale construction projects in a Project Management remit for at least 8 years.Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager with recent data centre / data center construction experience to work client side on one of Europe's largest data centre sites.A more comprehensive and technical job spec is available to any suitable candidates once a full CV is submitted.
