Role: Genesys PureCloud Consultant.
Contract: 3 Months rolling
Day Rate: £500 per day
*Genesys Pure Connect (CIC) and Genesys PureCloud Global project experience
*Requirement gathering, Solution Design, Implementation.
*Genesys telephony platform Integration experience desirable; Salesforce, Service Now, Skype for Business, Siebel, CRM, CISCO, Avaya
*Deep expertise and familiarity with the Genesys products; PureCloud, PureEngage, PureConnect,
*Knowledge of automatic call distribution (ACD)
*PureCloud from a design & architecture angle, defining functional and nonfunction, configuration, reporting & system optimisation.
*Experience defining and developing robust Contact Center reporting/analytics solutions
