PHP Developer - Laravel - Gateshead - salary up to £45K DOEI have an unique opportunity for a PHP Developer (Laravel) who is looking to take ownership of an innovative, high profile project for a renowned British company. We are looking for a PHP Developer (Laravel) to create a brand new solution which is set to be used widely across the transport industry.We are looking for someone to really take ownership of this project, from initial stages through to delivery and deployment. You will be the face behind the solution, and will work closely with end clients / users. Long term, you will create new features, and play an important role in growing the product suite. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain - this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make their mark within a business.It is essential that you have strong communication skills, the ability to talk / collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure the solution works in the best possible way.TechsPHP and PHP frameworks (Laravel)MySQL and SQLiteExperience with VueJS and NodeJS - will be desirable (legacy code)Linux Server Provisioning, Setup and Management.GUI design (currently using Laravel's Blade templating engine)Essential Server-side Deployment· Webserver (Apache2 or Nginx) setup and configuration.· Website deployment in cloud or on remote server:o E.g. AWS (Amazon Web Services) or another cloud provider (helpful if we are hosting it ourselves)Salary for this role is up to £45K DOE + some work from home opportunities, flexible start / finish and 2pm finish on a Friday, excellent progression, pension and other benefits.
