eCommerce Webmaster As eCommerce Webmaster, you will support the eCommerce ambition of six direct-to-consumer sites in the successful implementation of onsite activity.Working in the centralised Digital Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of sites, liaising with the brand teams on execution of plans. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Working with the Optimisation Manager and the wider digital community (eBusiness Executives and Managers) to implement and test onsite merchandising, ensuring that online content is always up to date and campaigns are delivered on timeProduct & sample set-up in accordance with brand launch datesOngoing catalog management, along with PDP enrichment including videos, assets, imageryConfiguring promotions, campaigns and source code for specific customer groups/targeted campaignsMaintain website navigation, taxonomy and associated merchandising features on siteDeliver effective visual merchandising across all websites, respecting image guidelines and page speedSupport in the set-up and localisation of landing and content pagesIdentifying and investigating site issues and bugs, assisting brand teams with issues What key skills are we looking for?Salesforce Commerce skills working on the platform directly essential1-2 years previous online merchandising experience in a retail environmentExceptional attention to detail and problem-solvingHighly organised together with the ability to prioritise and adapt within a changing environmentBasic HTML and css knowledge desirable but not essentialPassion and curiosity for online retail, continuously seeking new opportunities and at the forefront of the ever changing digital landscape
