Do you have Management experience within a Heavy Industry / Manufacturing background looking to manage a growing team of engineers for a household name within the recycling industry?

The role would require you to manage a large team of engineers and improve performance and processes. The shift pattern consists of days, afternoons and nights across a 7-day week.
