Spring Technology currently has an exciting new opportunity. We are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Engineer to join one of our leading clients based in Leicester on a permanent basis.

The Role:

The Service Delivery Engineer role is very broad, covering setup and configuration of the company service, hardware ordering and configuration, scheduling and arranging number porting and guiding a customer though networking changes required to support the service. As such this role requires someone with a broad range of skills that can provide and hands-on approach.

The role will be assisting and supporting the clients American Customers so will require someone who is happy to work 1:30-10pm Monday - Friday.

Due to the hours being abnormal office hours, the client is also offering a £6,000 shift allowance on top of a base salary of up to £24,000 depending on experience.

Essential Skills and Experience:

*Training Experience

*Direct customer contact, both over the phone and face-to-face

*Confidence and enthusiasm

*Excellent verbal and written communication

*Excellent telephone manner

*Attention to detail and accuracy

*Ability to prioritise and manage own workload

*Pro-active approach to process improvement and documentation

*Previous licence-based services experience

*Project management

*Previous Telecoms Experience (ideally VOIP)

*University degree (or equivalent) (Not essential)

*Qualifications in written/verbal communications

*Previous experience with CRM platforms
