IT Support AnalystA brand new and exciting role has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to join a growing organisation based in Westminster who has had previous 1st and 2nd line experience and has strong skills and knowledge of MS Office, Windows Server and networking (LAN / WAN). This is a brilliant opportunity for an IT Support Analyst who has previous experience of working in a busty environment who has had exposure of Software Rollouts, network experience as well as hardware experience.As the IT Support Analyst, you will help provide support for all systems providing expert knowledge where possible and acting as a key point of contact for any onsite / offsite issues. You will be working in a customer facing environment, so strong communication skills are vital.
