You will join the organisation as an ICT Resource Manager, in a critical role covering a variety of Projects, IT Service Management and IT Resource Planning.Client DetailsMichael Page are proud to be partnered exclusively with a significant function of the NHS, and a site that is going through an exciting period of Technology transformation.DescriptionThe ICT Resource Manager position will be a senior part of an ICT leadership team of a critical NHS function that is going through a large-scale IT transformation. Due to this growth, they are now recruiting for an ICT Resource Manager vacancy at their central Birmingham site.You will be have a wide array of responsibilities, including involvement in key projects alongside Project Managers, ensuring an outstanding level of Service Delivery, and allocation of resources across the verticals within the IT function.This third part is the central part of the role, as you will have oversight of various projects, and plan and allocate personnel based on skill-sets to relevant projects.ProfileAs the successful candidate for the ICT Resource Manager vacancy, you will be experienced in:Management of a delivery through a lifecycle, ideally using methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. This can be software development, or infrastructure-focused, as long as it's experience from inception, through to implementation and completion.You will have experience in resource planning and allocation. This will have involved the acquisition and allocation of personnel and skill-sets to relevant projects across an IT function.You will have extremely strong stakeholder engagement ability, and the experience in dealing with a wide array of stakeholders across different organisation functions, reconciling differing options to form a cohesive, cross departmental plan.You will be able to compile data to assist in informed critical decision making.Job Offer£45,000 - £50,000 + benefits.
