You will need an understanding of components alongside good fault finding and soldering skills.This would suit someone looking to work on the bench on a range of industrial equipment, using your technical skill to find solutions. You will skills and the desire to work on machinery often without manuals or drawings.The Role:- Test and Repair OEM industrial equipment, diagnose and fault find to component level- Conduct electronics repairs, often no manuals or drawings are available- Repair and calibration of PCB's/instrumentationThe Person:- Fault finding on PCBs to component level- Reverse engineering of electronic components- Able to solder through-hole OR surface mount PCBs Electronic, Electro-Mechanical, OEM, Electro, Drives, Controls, Engineering, Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire Test, Test engineer, Analog, Digital, RF Testing, HND, ONC,, solder, soldering, assembly, pcb, IPC, BGA, QFN, Automotive, Aerospace, track/pad, CEM, PDR, circuit, PCBA, Final Assemblies, Surface mount, electronic, electrical, de-soldering, Bury, Greater Manchester
