Java Developer

Day Rate - £450

Duration - 8 Months +

Location - London

IR35 - INSIDE (must use an umbrella company)

A public sector client of ours is currently looking for a Java Developer ASAP, the role will be for initially 8 months.

Essential Skills:

*Java

*Analysing legacy code

*Working with Eclipse IDE

*Git

*Oracle Databases

*Working with SQL and PL/SQL

*Ability to write concise and accurate documentation to support their work

Desirable Skills:

*JIRA

*Maven

*Oracle Forms

*Oracle Reports

*Ellucian Banner Student Record System (Ellucian) Experience

The main objective for this project would be doing an upgrade to banner 9. A lot of the environment needs customisation. The right candidate would need to work on the customisation of the new environment.
