2nd Line Support Engineer - Milton Keynes - Contract - £ Dependant on experience. Our client is looking for somebody to come in on an initial 6-month contract as a 2nd line support engineer.You'll be working as an onsite IT Support Analyst within a small team, providing in-depth technical support for desktop issues, providing exception customer service to all users.The role;Providing personable deskside support to the users.Providing professional remote support over the telephone & via remote control tools to other locations.Escalating issues & problems to the onsite Infrastructure Manager for resolution.Working with the helpdesk team at Complete IT to provide the best possible experience to the client.Managing expectations of the end users.Ensuring clear communication & updates with end user, the Infrastructure manager & the clients internal IT Manager.Through questioning, researching & listening, developing a detailed insight into the client's businesses.Attending regular IT meetings with the client.
