Deputy Lead for TransformationBristol £65,000 + Excellent Benefits We currently have an opportunity for a Deputy Lead for Transformation to join one of our major clients based in Birmingham. They are a leading government department who work at the forefront of UK law enforcement.The primary responsibility of this role will be to perform the function of Deputy Lead for Transformation. This will involve supporting Change in management of the overall Transformation Portfolio across the breadth of the organisation, incorporating Business Change, Programme and Portfolio Management and Programme Delivery, where appropriate.Responsibilities:Perform as Deputy Lead for Transformation, acting for the Lead in management of the overall Transformation Portfolio where appropriate.Lead on external programme liaison to influence the scope of Programmes and to maximise the alignment between the capabilities delivered from the portfolio/programmes and those of wider government and law enforcementEnsure stakeholder interests are identified and addressed. Segment and manage multiple stakeholder groups appropriately in complex environments. Build consensus across large and diverse groups of stakeholders. Develop strategic relationships with internal and external suppliers. Desirable Experience Proven experience of successfully managing a complex programme or projects with demonstrable ability to lead and deliver financial approvals including working with commercial and finance colleagues. Proven experience of stakeholder engagement and working with partners to identify and address their interests.Proven experience of successfully managing several medium-complexity programmes or projects Candidates must be eligible for SC level security clearance and willing to undergo Developed Vetting level clearance once in post.
