Power BI Consultant My client are a market leading Dynamics NAV and analytics provider and are looking for a Power BI expert to join their fast growing team in response to high volume of projects in the pipeline. My client are looking for someone who is passionate about data and technology, in order to fit in with their innovative and customer-centric company culture. You will work with a number of well known clients focusing on both on premise and MS Azure cloud platform. If you're looking to take the first steps into the world of consulting this is a fantastic opportunity for you! As part of a collaborative and highly skilled team of business consultants and software developers, your role will require you to contribute BI knowledge to the team. You should have past experience rolling out a BI technology such as Power BI into a business. You will also be required to demonstrate strong knowledge of SQL Server, Power BI / Qlikview and have an analytical approach to work. Responsibilities Identifying end user requirements and translating them into useful non-technical documentationManaging end to end user software development life cycle consisting of; design, documentation, code comments, version control, testing and productionRun Power BI workshopsFollow best practice software architecture design sourced from non-technical requirements Required Skills Strong background working with SQL ServerExperience within a customer facing role would be advantageousExperience practicing Data Architecture dutiesExposure to Azure Technology would be preferredPower BI - Creating complex dashboards and visualisationsExposure to Machine LearningUnderstanding and experience on Microsoft Azure Technologies including Data Factory, Data Lakes etc would be desired This is a permeant role offering a salary reflective of experience along with a great benefits package.
