PROGRAMME SUPPORT/ PROGRAMME OFFICER/ ORACLE CLOUD/ WALSALL / initial 3 MONTHS /£300-350/day (Umbrella)Reed Technology are working with an organisation in Walsall who requires a Programme Support Officer to join their team. The organisation are in the process of implementing Oracle Cloud across a large user base.

You will be required to provide analytical skills, support, administration and communication in regards to changes, time and cost to areas of the business. You will be heavily involved in all documentation of the programme and your ideas and input will be taken into consideration

Key responsibilities

- Communicate information to the relevant colleagues

- Providing support across the PMO function

- Ensure sufficient resource is available

- Monitoring checkpoints and reported into dashboards

- RAID logs

- Daily and weekly updates communicated

- Log and track issues through to completion of projects

- Excel file maintenance and distribution

- Liaising with third party suppliers

Skills and Experience

- Various Stakeholder management

- Strong working relationships

- Attention to detail and analytical skills

- MS Office applications

- MS Projects

- Effective communication skillsDesirable experience with;
