I am working with my client to source an individual from a strong 1st Line Service Desk / Application Support background with excellent customer service skills and a legitimate passion for IT / Technology.
As expected with a role of this nature, candidates will have experience within a service desk support role with experience managing service requests using a ticketing system while supporting both Windows and Mac devices.
Candidates will be able to write user and tech guides along with standard operating procedures and will have knowledge or experience of SQL.
With excellent opportunities to progress internally, candidates with a legitimate interest within technology and development would be highly advantageous.
