We are searching for a number of Junior ICT Engineers and 1st Line Support/Helpdesk Analysts for a market leading Devon based client.
You will be joining an engineering team in a customer facing position, working remotely with various client across the South West of England. You will initially be providing 1st line support to a wide range of customers.
We are looking to speak with candidates with good communications and organisation skills, candidates who take ownership of their work, have good attention to detail, are good team players with the ability to work on their own initiative.
To be considered for these opportunities you either hold, be in the process of studying for, or be willing to study for at least one (1) Microsoft accreditation, in any of the following disciplines;
